MKRMS Food Safety Manual
Volume 1: Food Hygiene of the MKRMS Manual Managing Food Safety has now been published.
Food Safety Essentials: 1/2-day training course that covers the food safety knowledge that is required by new food handlers within 1 month of employment. All employees of food businesses should possess the knowledge that is covered in this course. (FSAI Level 1, Stages 1 and 2)
Basic Food Hygiene: 1-day training course that covers the food safety knowledge all food handlers must acquire within six months of starting to work with food. (FSAI Level 2)
